DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: Arequipa – San Camilo Market – Ucchu Cooking

  • We have 2 shifts for you. One from 10.00am – 1.30 pm and in the afternoon from 4.00 – 7.30 pm.
  • 09.30 – 09.50 hrs We will pick you up at the hotel and immediately go to the San Camilo Market for a small tour of Arequipa. Here we will see the variety of products that the Arequipa region has, vegetables, fruits, cereals, meats, fish and seafood.
  • The San Camilo market is a symbol of the history of Arequipa tour that attracts 200 national and foreign tourists daily, due to the variety of products sold by its 1,215 merchants.
  • After this 30 minute visit we go to the Uchu Cooking, to prepare a starter, a main course and the infallible pisco sour class.
  • The appetizers can be varied each day and can be Peruvian Ceviche, Causa Rellena, Papa a la Huancaína or Ocopa Arequipeña.
  • For the main course we will prepare: Lomo saltado de alpaca, Aji de gallina or Rocoto stuffed with potato pie.
  • And to finish the traditional pisco sour or passion fruit sour. After this we will taste everything prepared.
