ACTIVITY 4 – ANDEAN BREAD MAKING WORKSHOP (Duration: 2h).
In this workshop we will learn how to make traditional Andean breads with natural ingredients such as wheat flour, Quinoa, Maca, Kiwicha, Potato, Corn, Honey, Milk, etc. This activity is very interactive since visitors can make their own breads and bring them with them. The elaboration is done in a suitable environment and finally the dough is introduced in a clay oven.
