04:30 am – Hotel pickup and travel to Cusipata
Our team will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco to begin an incredible journey to the southern part of the region. During the trip, you will enjoy beautiful Andean landscapes, small traditional communities, and spectacular views of the Andes as we head toward Cusipata.
07:00 am – Breakfast in Cusipata
Upon arrival in Cusipata, we will enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast specially prepared to recharge your energy before starting the hike to Rainbow Mountain.
08:00 am – Start of the hike
We will continue by transport to the starting point of the trek. From there, we will begin a hike surrounded by impressive mountains, vast high-Andean landscapes, and privileged views of the majestic Ausangate snow-capped mountain, considered one of the sacred mountains of Peru.
10:00 am – Arrival at Rainbow Mountain
We will arrive at Vinicunca, known worldwide as Rainbow Mountain. You will have enough time to admire its incredible natural formations, take stunning photos, and enjoy one of the most breathtaking and photographed landscapes in Peru.
12:30 pm – Descent and buffet lunch
After fully enjoying Rainbow Mountain, we will begin the descent to our transport and head to a tourist restaurant where we will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch featuring a variety of traditional Peruvian dishes.
04:30 pm – Return to Cusco
We will end this unforgettable experience by returning to the city of Cusco, where we will drop you off near the Main Square so you can continue enjoying your trip.

The best time to visit Vinicunca is during the dry season, from May to September. During these months, rainfall is less frequent, the trails are in better condition, and the panoramic views are much clearer.
