We will board the exclusive Hiram Bingham Train, where we will be greeted with a welcome cocktail. During the trip, we will enjoy live music, personalized attention, and an exquisite gourmet lunch while crossing the spectacular landscapes of the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
12:25 PM – Arrival at Machu Picchu Pueblo and bus transfer
Upon reaching the Machu Picchu Pueblo station, we will board the eco-friendly bus that will take us on an approximate 30-minute ride to the main entrance of the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu.
01:00 PM – Meeting with the guide and entry to Machu Picchu
Our professional guide will welcome us at the entrance of the citadel to begin a guided visit through the primary archaeological sectors. We will discover the history, architecture, and mysteries of one of the New Seven Wonders of the Modern World.
03:30 PM – Free time in Machu Picchu
At the end of the guided tour, you will have free time to explore some of the authorized sectors of the citadel, take photographs, and enjoy the unique energy of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Afterward, we will descend by bus to Machu Picchu Pueblo.
04:30 PM – Afternoon tea and time in Machu Picchu Pueblo
Before the return journey, we will enjoy traditional afternoon tea at the exclusive Belmond Sanctuary Lodge. Then, you will have a brief period of free time to walk through the streets of Machu Picchu Pueblo, visit the artisan market, or simply relax before boarding the train.
05:50 PM – Return on the Belmond Hiram Bingham Train
We will board the exclusive Hiram Bingham Train once again to start our return trip toward Poroy. Along the route, we will enjoy an elegant gourmet dinner, a fine selection of wines and spirits, as well as live music and an exclusive atmosphere that will make this experience truly unforgettable.
09:15 PM – Arrival at Poroy station and transfer to the hotel
Upon our arrival at the Poroy station, the Rap Travel Perú staff will be waiting to transport you comfortably back to your hotel in the city of Cusco, concluding one of the most exclusive railway experiences in the world.
